That’s the main reason why I’ve decided not to go back to Singapore this Summer. My waistline could not take another 2 months of 4-7 meals a day. I still haven’t lost all the weight that I’ve put on during my last few trips home.

But boy do I miss Maxwell market, I used to work at MND next door so it was my canteen…

Now you have tried the singaporean food, come down to try malaysian food too, bet you’ll have a post that is more than 2 miles long and even GPS wont be able to help ya!

Haha…. Those are not beef jerkies. They’re seasoned sweetmeat made from pork and occasionally chicken. But pork gives the best flavour. I am happy u enjoyed your stay in my sunny Singapore. Come back soon!

I think I always end up eating 7 meals a day when I’m on vacation. It’s practically a requirement!!

Wow! You certainly ate well! I can’t remember which food courts I visited when I was in Singapore (long time ago), but I do remember eating like a king. And I had black pepper crab just the other week, but here in London’s Chinatown at a Straits restaurant! It’s been most enjoyable reading about your travels…

Looks like an amazing trip. Street foods are usually the best, given that they are purchased at not-so-shady stands. Beautiful photos. Now I just need to save enough to make my way eastward.
