Souffles rise, and fall. That’s what they do. And that’s why they have to be eaten right away. It’s not the easiest thing to cook for a large group of people.

I tried out this receipe before I wanted to serve for 60 people at an event I am hosting in my house.
It tasted superb but the Batter fell and does anyone know how to keep it from falling?

Made this for a dinner party and it was fantastic. In fact it was better than the entree. Added about a half a cup more sugar because my chocolate was very bitter. Thanks for the great recipe!
