Wtf are you trying to do to me? or maybe i should be cursing oliver?  this is the type of post that makes me feel like rachel ray... all lame and loser like and EVOO-ing.  this is truly and amazing post... maybe one of my favorites. gorgeous pictures and i can only imagine the flavor. the fact that every bit of the bird was used is fascinating.  you are a genius!!  

that woodcock is unbelievably tiny.  did you have to go out for a burger afterwards? kidding...</description>
