Wanna hire me? Well people, I won’t lie to you, I have so much work already I have to see a massage therapist in Chinatown to realign my vertebrae every so often. Not pleasant. I can cook particularly wicked upscale dinner parties for up to twenty people. Extra staff may need to be hired (at additional costs). Among my favourite occasions: underground dinners in exciting locations, masterclasses for small groups of people (from baking techniques to “make your own dinner party 101”)…

I am available for promotional cooking demos (note that my French accent makes me sound ultra credible but it doesn’t always work… some would slap me for it!) and I have experience in restaurant consulting too.

I mostly work and live in New York City, but buy me a plane ticket and you get Zenchef delivered to your doorstep. So if you really *have* to have this crazy party of yours in Tahiti, well I’ll just grit my teeth and deal with it.
