I am a hobby cook and just got an assignment to cook dinner for 35 people coming saturday, it’s really exciting, I’m getting payed….

this is exactly how i feel too. i have a 60 and a 40 people party on friday. and i’m already overwhelmed with my book deadline.
and i feel uninspired.

A trip to the farmer’s market might help you out- this time of year, you’re bound to find something inspiring there.

Good luck. After making two holiday dinners for 16 people in a row and then a birthday dinner for 14, I vowed I’d never cook for more than 8 adults at a time again!
