    I made the tuna tartar. It was amazing. My boyfriend thought I was the kitchen rawk star. My photography skilz aren’t great – this is REALLY washed out – but here’s proof that it can be done!

    (I added a little bit of nori to the sauce.)

    You would have had to post this last weekend for me to have had time to make it all for Valentine’s day! As it is, we ended up eating at 10pm (I tried to romanticize it by telling him it was very “Spanish” of us.) 😛

    These all look so delicious! We didn’t do anything special, an egg omellet filled with all kinds of farmer’s market goodies: mushrooms, raw milk cheese, caramelized red onions and sun dried tomatoes. We enjoyed hash browns fried in bacon grease as a side – simple but sooooooo good.

    Molten lava cake – yum, must make soon!
